General Terms

Mountain Valley Honey Limited Partnership T/A Mountain Valley Honey (“The Company”, “Mountain Valley Honey”, “MVH”, “us” and “we”) is acting as the “Promoter” for the 12 Days of Christmas 2022.

Promotion is open to all New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over (excludes employees and close relatives of Mountain Valley Honey and/or anyone otherwise connected with the organisation of the promotion).

The promotion commences on Thursday 1 December 2022 12.00am (NZST) and ends on Monday 12 December 2022 at 11.59pm (NZST).

The free gifts and discounts are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The gifts are not transferable. Gifts are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any gift with another of equivalent (or higher) value without notice.

Free Gift when you spend over $150

To receive a “Free 500g Jar” your cart must total $150 or more, excluding shipping. If you are ordering bulk honey products, your cart must include at least one non-bulk product in order to receive the free gift.

The Honey Pot members discount will not be applied to already discounted products during the 12 Days of Christmas promotion.

If you are a member of The Honey Pot and make an order in the promotional period, you will receive a free ‘Honey Recipes – 2022 Edition’ ebook which will be automatically added to your order. You must be logged in to get your free ebook. Once your order has been processed, you can login and access the ebook download at any time.

International Orders

Unfortunately, due to regulations, orders that have an international shipping address will not be eligible for most of the deals.

However, all members of The Honey Pot with an international shipping address will receive a FREE ‘Honey Recipes – 2022 Edition’ ebook with their order. 

Change to orders

Unfortunately, once you’ve submitted your order and payment has been accepted we cannot guarantee to make any changes to the order – please review your order carefully before submitting.

Amendments to the Terms & Conditions

Mountain Valley Honey reserves the right to review and amend these terms and conditions. Amendments will be effective immediately and in continuing to use the website you confirm and acknowledge that you accept any amendments to the terms and conditions.
