Try our easy Chai & Honey Roasted Pears Recipe, made with Baker’s Honey. It’s perfect for when you feel like something sweet and warm, especially on cold nights. This recipe is great for any dinner at home or when you have friends over. It’s simple to make and tastes great with ice cream or yoghurt. Enjoy a cosy and sweet treat that’s sure to please everyone.


  • 4 pears
  • 4 Tbsp. MVH Baker’s Honey
  • ¾ cup Chai tea
  • 3 Tbsp. coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • ¾ tsp. cornstarch
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 Tbsp. walnuts, chopped


  1. Preheat oven to 200oC. Peel and core the pears then place cut-side down into a baking dish.
  2. Combine the honey, tea, coconut sugar, vanilla, cornstarch and cinnamon in a jug. Pour over the pears and into the dish.
  3. Bake for 25 minutes before turning and baking for another 10 minutes.
  4. Serve immediately topped with nuts and an extra drizzle of honey. 

Great with a side of ice cream or yoghurt.
