Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between physical and digital vouchers?

A physical gift voucher is printed on a high-quality card and will be mailed to you in the post. A digital gift voucher will be emailed to you, allowing you to email it to the intended recipient.

How do you redeem a Gift Voucher?

All gift vouchers will have a 'Voucher Code', which can be entered during checkout. Once entered, the order total will be reduced by the voucher amount. Note: All gift vouchers (digital or physical) will come with instructions on how to redeem them.

Do Vouchers Expire?

Yes - gift vouchers expire 1 year after they are issued.
